Instant Smiles are hand crafted resin composite teeth that can be created individually, or in a full set. Instant smiles are semi-permanent options that can be removed at any time, without any harm to the natural smile. Instant smiles are cosmetic and is not meant to replace any permanent teeth. Instant smiles are not made with porcelain veneers, or crowns. Instant Smiles last up to 10 years or more with proper care. The only reason to replace the units, would be if you happen to crack or break it.

Proper care includes daily brushing (after each meal), flossing daily, avoiding hard foods (crab legs, bones, apples, etc), avoiding drinking dark liquids to prevent staining, and professional polishing every 6 months.

-Late arrivals will be charged a fee of $25 dollars. After 15 minutes late the appointment wI’ll be automatically cancelled. We understand inconvenience, but late arrivals result in delays with other clients on our schedule.

-Cancellations/Rescheduling can be made 7 days in advance; any cancellations after 7 days will result in a $50 reschedule fee. No TRANSFER OF SERVICE ALLOWED WITH CANCELLATIONS PER EACH PAID DEPOSIT. ONLY 1 RESCHEDULE ALLOWED FOR FULL SETS, 2 RESCHEDULES FOR OTHER SERVICES.

The procedure is 100% cosmetic. No needles, or excessive drilling/ shaving of the teeth. The procedure is painless. This is a cosmetic smile enhancement. No orthodontic dental work will be performed for the smile.

The completion time depends on the condition of your natural smile. Fabrication of smile is usually done in 4-8 hours.

Nicole is the Lab specialist. She will be fabricating the smile

Nicole is a Dental Lab Technician with extensive experience with making veneers, crowns, and dentures. All work displayed on all social media platforms is done by Nicole. Nicole is not a dentist and will not diagnose, nor provide orthodontic work. Instant Smiles are resin and are for cosmetic purposes only.

Floss Valley may collect Personally Identifiable Information from you in several ways. In addition to the collection of Personally Identifiable Information, we may also automatically receive and record information in our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, your computer’s name, the type and version of your web browser, referrer addresses, and other generally-accepted log information. We may also record page views (hit counts) and other general statistical and tracking information. This information will not be associated with your Personally Identifiable Information. Floss Valley will use email, and text messages to communicate with Customers. By using our website you agree to receive status notifications, and on occasion, selected special offers and promotions. Floss Valley website may or may not use a third party to send email, however, your personally Identifiable information will never be disclosed or shared with another party without your explicit permission as required by law.

If any infection or gum damage is caused after procedure, Floss Valley is not responsible. We explain how to care for the smiles, and how to prevent oral issues longterm. It is the client responsibility to clean their mouth to avoid infection, or other oral health issues. Floss valley practices intensive infection control, therefore it is the clients responsibility to keep away from potential harmful acts when they leave the facility. Floss Valley will not accept anyone with signs of oral health issues, and will advise client to visit their dentist for diagnosis and treatment. We are strictly cosmetic. Any oral issues will need to be diagnosed, and treated by a licensed dentist before any cosmetic device, or resin instant smile is considered, or done by us.

Floss Valley does not offer refunds after any smile that is done. If you happen to notice any cracks, stains, bite issues, or chips in the veneers within 2 days (after procedure), we will fix free of charge. Anything that needs alterations after the 2ND day will have to be paid by the customer. Smile care instructions will be provided.

Payments & Deposits

To secure an appointment a deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposit amounts are subjected to change without notice. All deposit amounts and service price information will be listed under the type of service you select to book on flossvalley.com. All deposits go towards the balance of service. Deposits are non-refundable. Customer must pay remaining balance of service when arrived to appointment, before any fabrication begin. There are no refunds on any services offered..

Sanitization

All tools, and instruments will be deeply cleaned and sanitized before each service.

After Service Care

Aftercare instructions will be given to each customer.. It is the customers responsibility to follow the instructions and maintain the proper lifestyle to maximize the results of service. Smoking of any type will stain false teeth, so be mindful when considering the aftercare instructions. Floss Valley offers a 7 day warranty for Smiles and chip repairs. Full sets cover 14 or more teeth. This covers any broken, chipped, stained, or loose tooth on the smile. Any damages occurred after the 7 day warranty will require a fee to be repaired. All repair fees will be listed under the “repair” category on flossvalley.com. Fees are subjected to change without notice to any customer. Floss Valley is not responsible for any oral issues or side effects after service. Specialist at Floss Valley are not Licensed Dentist and will not diagnose nor be responsible for any disease, infection, bleeding, trauma, or damage of the mouth/body after services. It is highly unlikely to experience any issues as long as clients properly care for their Instant Smiles. Before each service, if we recognize any oral disease or issue, we will recommend customer to visit their licensed dentist for treatment. We will not service any client with signs of any infection, disease, or extreme rotted teeth. Customers who show signs of plaque build, or inflamed gums will not be serviced as well, and will be advices to visit their dentist.

Communication

Floss Valley can be contacted on the information listed under “Contact US” on Floss Valley.com. We assure to respond to all customers in a timely matter. We have a 24 hour window to respond to each customer text/email/webDM due to high volume of customer contact.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

If a cancellation is needed, customers must contact us to reschedule within 7 days of initial appointment time and date. If a cancellation of appointment is made, no deposits will be refunded. Clients forfeit deposit when cancellation of full set service is requested. No service transfer allowed. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any rescheduling 6 or less days of initial appointment will result in a $50 reschedule fee. Reschedule fees will be added to the total amount of service.

Privacy

Floss Valley will not share any customers confidential information with any 3rd party’s or other customers. Each customer will be asked for consent to share any service images on social media, before we proceed to post.

Extra Guest at Appointments

NO extra guest or kids allowed at appointments. ONLY the person who is receiving services is allowed in the operating room/building.
